Cibo Restaurant, Hale
Cibo is an independent Italian restaurant, opened in 2018 on the site of a former Carluccio’s.
Of course, the new owners wanted to put their stamp on the venue, with the addition of an attractive outdoor eating space.
For that reason, they chose Loca Shading Designs to:
- Create an area that would increase the potential of an existing large terrace.
- Two custom giant umbrellas from the German brand Uhlmann, offered a wide range of style and colour options.
- This was a great way to develop Cibo’s branding, particularly in combination with subtle screen-printed logos.
- A bespoke aluminium gutter connects the umbrellas, directing rainfall and preventing it from dripping on the tables below.
- In summary, a magnificent extension of the main restaurant with a large weatherproofed area and 40 additional covers.
